Objective: The students will develop and present a possible solution to the stinkbug invasion in Western Pennsylvania based on entomological anatomy, causation,
environmental factors, and history.
Procedure:
1. Use a KWL Chart to begin the discussion about stinkbugs.
2. Explain the assignment and model research procedures and building a Power Point.
3. Allow students ample lab time to complete the research and build their Power Point.
4. Differentiate - work on embedding video with small groups of students who were able to complete the basic
project.
5. Allow students to present their work, discuss, and evaluate.
